Matthew is a follower of Jesus and a bishop in the Church of England. He loves helping people start following Jesus, and is passionate about raising new leaders. Matthew recognises the best leaders are often reluctant leaders, and that our imperfections can be used for much good.

Matthew also enjoys a flat white coffee and bacon sandwich (ketchup, not brown sauce!) and appreciates music, good architecture and design. Married to Sam since 1990, they have five grown-up sons who all work or study in creative sectors.
